Made A Way Logistics is currently seeking professional CDL drivers to join our fleet as Independent Contractors. We operate a small but growing fleet based in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in dedicated freight lanes, power-only freight, and occasional flatbed transportation. Our contractor program is designed to provide consistent freight, competitive percentage-based pay, and professional dispatch support. Drivers operate under Made A Way Logistics’ motor carrier authority with access to company-provided equipment and dedicated freight opportunities.

Dedicated Route TEAM Driver – (Atlanta ↔ California / Texas )

We are seeking experienced CDL drivers to operate as part of a team assignment for our dedicated lanes. These routes offer consistent freight, predictable schedules, and competitive weekly earnings. 4 days OTR per week.

Route Examples

Atlanta, GA → Dallas, TX (2 round trips)

Atlanta, GA → Ontario, CA (round trip)

Average Weekly Earnings

$1,150 – $1,350+ per driver depending on route

Compensation

• 35% of gross linehaul revenue per team for the dedicated route
• Weekly settlements
• Additional pay for route deviations and operational adjustments

Dedicated Route SOLO Driver – (Savannah ↔ Kernersville)

We are seeking experienced CDL drivers to operate as part of a solo assignment for our dedicated lanes. These routes offer consistent freight, predictable schedules, and competitive weekly earnings. 5 days per week.

Average Weekly Earnings

$1,315 – $1,375+ per week with potential for additional loads as desired

Compensation

• 25% of gross linehaul revenue per load
• Weekly settlements
• Consistent dispatch support

Freight Type

•Drop and Hook

Solo CDL Driver – OTR

We are seeking solo CDL drivers to operate company owned and operated semi trucks or hotshot flatbed for regional and OTR freight. This position is ideal for drivers experienced in over the road operations and exhibit flexibility. 5-10 days OTR at a time.

Average Weekly Earnings

$1,250 – $1,850+ per week depending on routes

Compensation

• 25% of gross load revenue per load
• Weekly settlements
• Consistent dispatch support

Freight Type

• Mostly no-touch freight for Power-only and dry van loads
• Flatbed/hotshot loads will require full load securement.

Safety Incentives

At Made A Way Logistics, we prioritize safe and professional driving.

Drivers may earn:

A $50 Safety Bonus for every DOT roadside inspection passed with no violations or defects.

Additional annual safety bonuses may be available for drivers who maintain a clean driving and safety record with no accidents, violations tickets or claims.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate semi-trucks and equipment
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Properly secure freight and inspect loads during transit
• Report accidents, safety concerns, or equipment issues immediately
• Maintain compliance with all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Minimum 2 years recent commercial driving experience
• No at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years
• Must maintain DOT drug and alcohol testing compliance
• Strong work ethic and ability to communicate with dispatch
